TOSS Seminar for Complimentary Care Providers

On the weekend of November 7 & 8 TOSS is giving its first seminar for Complimentary Care Providers.

In attendance will be M.D.’s, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Nutritionists, a RN, Psychologists , Yoga instructors, and hypnotherapists – all to learn about Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and what they can do to help TOS patients and their families.

We are very excited to have over 35 providers in this class. Also a few TOS patients will be there to give their view of what makes a positive difference in their lives.

We have 9 featured instructors talking on various topics that affect TOS patients.

The first is Art Ando, MPT.
Dr. Ando is a full-time clinician as well as the co-owner of Ando & Aston Physical Therapy. He is active in research, dance and Pilates programs at Chapman and Orange Coast colleges as well as quality assurance programs for the California chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association.

As one of our TOSS instructors, Art brings 27 years of experience working with both orthopedic and neurological patients. Art teaches continuing education courses nationally and internationally, and will be presenting the basics of TOS (anatomy) and the physical therapy side of TOS. Art and his partner Gary Aston are providing the site of the seminar. Thank you Art and Gary!
