Welcome to TOSS

Philip C. La Puma, P.E. Director and President, has over 35 years of management experience.  He has owned his own appraisal/consulting firm, was broker-owner of a Realty World office, was a systems manager for Ticor Title, and was an engineering director for Jeffries Banknote Company.  He was CFO of Time Lending, Inc. a private company, which he took public and maintained all of it as a public company.  He is a registered Professional Industrial Engineer in California.  He received his engineering degree from Stanford University, and his MBA from the University of Southern California.  He is an experienced franchiser with over 12 years of experience working with franchisers in the direct mail and mortgage industries. He is also a Certified Hypnotherapist, and an International Hypnosis Federation member.

Cynthia A. La Puma

Secretary, Treasurer, and Director, is Philip’s spouse and a TOS patient. She has had TOS for seven years. She has had over 20 years of experience in medical office practice management and 5 years of experience as Office and Budget manager for New Student Services at the California State University at Fullerton until her injury.

Molly J. Imel

Director, high school teacher, soccer coach, and personal trainer with a degree inphysical education, coaching and athletic training. A former competitive athlete (soccer), who played incollege, traveled overseas both as a player, and later as a head coach. Molly has coached soccer at the youth, high school, club, and collegiate levels.

From 1999-2009, Molly has triumphed over 10 major surgeries, consisting ofover 50 inches of surgical incisions and over a decade of rehabilitation. After 4 major spinal surgeries and 6 major TOS surgeries, she is extremely passionate about supporting other TOS patients with her experience, positiveencouragement and inspirational attitude. Molly was diagnosed with severe bilateral neurogenic and vascular T.O.S. in 2002.

Molly has extensive knowledge about rehabilitation, nutrition, and alternative/naturopathic medicine. She can be contacted at COACHIMEL@gmail.com.

Dipak (Don) Lakhani

Director, has over 30 years of Management experience in the mortgage and title industry with substantial experience in the origination and processing of consumer finance and mortgage loans.  He is President of Nations Title Company of California, and Nations Title Company of Nevada. 

Rhona Jordan

Director, is a Certified Guided Imagery Therapist, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and an International Hypnosis Federation Instructor. She is a member of The International Hypnosis Federation, Academy for Guided Imagery, Association for Integrative Psychology, American Holistic Health Association, American Association of for the Study of Mental Imagery, Association for Humanistic Psychology, International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, and The National Guild of Hypnotherapist.
