 Kristy Richardson is a Registered Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist.  Through her private practice, OC Nutrition, Kristy helps her clients achieve their health and fitness goals through lifestyle change.  Kristy’s background includes teaching Nutrition, Health and Exercise Physiology courses at UC Irvine, Cal State Fullerton, Fullerton College, Mt. San Antonio College, Santa Ana College and the Art Institute of California. 

Kristy graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science, received a Master’s degree in Community Health Science from UCLA, and received a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Science from Cal State Fullerton.  Kristy recently served as president of the Orange County District of the California Dietetic Association and was awarded ADA’s Young Dietitian of the Year for California.
